Another new one….Best of friends

Inspired by a trip away with friends.  Walking home from a restaurant our boys were arm in arm, lost in their own shared world and sharing the highlights of their day.

I have just finished this… the fishing boy inspired by taking my 9 year old son recently.  It reminded me of how calming fishing can be; just waiting, waiting, getting lost in your thoughts and contemplations until you feel a nibble on your line…

Over the past few Sunday afternoons and evenings I have been part of the summer series of pop up shops at the Star of Greece at Port Willunga.  Not only have I sold a good number of paintings, but I have also met some lovely people along the way.  Thank you to Nikki Govan and Margie Andrewartha for including me and making me feel welcome and part of your wonderful community!  xx
